FEEL EAT is aimed at all companies and is the ideal solution for companies with at least 30 employees. For smaller companies, a Happy Fridge can be shared by several companies. All you need is a simple power socket: our team will take care of the rest.

How does FEEL EAT guarantee the quality and freshness of its dishes?

Our meals are prepared in Neuchâtel 24 hours before delivery using fresh, local and seasonal produce. Thanks to intelligent stock management, we reduce waste while guaranteeing optimal freshness.

Does FEEL EAT offer special dietary options?

Absolutely! Our menus include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes, which are clearly marked in the FEEL EAT app. Each recipe is carefully crafted to accommodate all preferences and dietary restrictions.

How does a FEEL EAT connected fridge work?

The fridges can be accessed easily and securely via the FEEL EAT app. Simply open the app, scan a product and the amount will be deducted directly from your user account. This system allows for complete autonomy and fast service with no waiting times or restrictions.

What can you find in one of your fridges?

Our connected fridges are restocked daily with fresh meals, snacks, desserts, breakfast items and drinks. The selection varies daily to ensure variety, balance and enjoyment during every break.

How does the return and cleaning of containers work?

We only use glass jars to reduce plastic waste. After use, the containers are collected, washed and reused, ensuring a zero-waste approach and a lower environmental impact.

How are you fighting food waste?

FEEL EAT is actively committed to fighting food waste. Uneaten meals at the company are donated to schools at reduced prices. We also adjust our production to demand and donate our remaining stock to charities. This responsible and supportive approach is embedded in our values.

How does the installation of a FEEL EAT refrigerator in a company work?

Installing a Happy Fridge is quick and easy: our technicians will set it up at your location in just 30 minutes. All you need is one square metre of space and a power outlet. To ensure a successful launch, our Ninjas will visit your premises for the first two days to introduce the concept to your employees, answer their questions and accompany them on their first shopping trip.

What are the terms and conditions of the contract?

Our contracts are flexible and without long-term commitment. We start with a trial period to ensure that the Happy Fridge meets your needs. After that, the contract is automatically renewed every six months.

What happens if there are problems?

Whether it's a technical problem with the fridge or a problem with a transaction, our support team can be reached directly via the app or by telephone. We are committed to responding within 24 hours on working days to ensure smooth and responsive service.

Can I view my purchases and payments?

Of course! All your transactions can be viewed in real time via the FEEL EAT app. There you can view your purchase history, manage your dietary preferences and even download your account statement directly from the app with just a few clicks
